JBizPro Media Collector

Collects free-to-use images, video, music and fonts into one folder per campaign.

You need a key to use these. The programs are free, but they only run for JBizPro customers with a live plan. Issue a key in My Page → Keys and paste it into the program when it asks. One key belongs to one PC, and you can move it to another PC at any time.

This is the only guide we keep, so it never goes stale. The Manual link in the program opens this same page.
1. Install v1.0.1
  1. Download the installer and run it. No administrator password needed.
  2. Open JBizPro Media Collector from the desktop shortcut.
2. Activate
  1. On the Keys tab: name the PC → Issue key. Shown once.
  2. Paste it into the Activation window in the program → Activate.
3. Add the free stock-site keys - this part is required

The pictures, video, music and sound come from stock sites. Each one hands out a free key, and you open those accounts yourself - they are not our keys, and they are not the JBizPro key you pasted in step 2. Without at least one of them there is nothing to download.

In the program: Settings → paste the keys → Save.

Start with one. Pexels or Pixabay on its own already gives you photos. Fonts need no key at all.
4. Collect
  1. Topic - this becomes the folder name, e.g. Summer Promo 2026.
  2. Search words - leave empty to use the topic.
  3. Set how many of each you want, then press Start collecting.
  4. The bar shows how far along it is. Stop finishes the file it is on and stops - nothing half-downloaded is left behind.

Running the same topic again only fetches what is missing; files already there are skipped, so you can top a folder up later.

5. Where the files go

Keep manifest.json. It records the source, the author and the licence of every file. Without it you cannot show later that you were allowed to use a picture. Send it along if you hand the folder to a designer.
6. If something looks wrong
What you seeWhat to do
“add a Pexels, Pixabay or Unsplash key in Settings” That kind of file needs a key you have not added yet. See step 3.
“refused the key (HTTP 401/403)” The key is wrong, or that site revoked it. Copy it from the site again.
“is rate-limiting us” The free plan on that site has a daily limit. Try again in a few minutes, or ask for fewer files.
Fewer files than you asked for The site simply had fewer results for those words. Try broader search words.
