01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JBizPro's platform, website, or any related services (collectively, "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. JBizPro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
02 Our Services
JBizPro provides the following SaaS services to businesses:
AI Chatbot — Automated customer service chatbot deployable on websites, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp Business.
AI Media Maker — Ad video production from your brief — script, voice-over, captions and footage, delivered in several aspect ratios.
AI Payroll & Compliance — Attendance tracking with biometric device integration, automated payroll computation, and government-mandated deduction and filing support (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Service features and availability may change. JBizPro will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes.
03 Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying JBizPro immediately of any unauthorized access
One account per business. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
04 Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, credit/debit card, bank transfer
Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period
Late Payment: Accounts with unpaid balances after 7 days will be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
4.1 Prepaid Credits (Top-up)
You may top up your JBizPro account balance in advance and use it to pay for JBizPro plans and services. Credits are added after we confirm your payment.
Credits can only be used within JBizPro. They cannot be used to pay any third party.
Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or refunded as money.
Credits are not transferable to another person or account, and cannot be sold or gifted.
Credits do not earn interest.
Unused credits remain available while your account is active. If your account is closed, any remaining credits are forfeited after the 30-day data retention period described above.
If we cancel an order you paid for with credits, the amount is returned to your JBizPro balance — not to cash.
In short: topping up is prepaying for JBizPro services. It is not a wallet, a deposit, or a money transfer service.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable Philippine law or regulation
Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content through the chatbot
Collect personal data without proper consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to JBizPro's systems
Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
06 Intellectual Property
JBizPro retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, designs, and documentation. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Content you upload (business information, employee data, chatbot training data) remains your property. You grant JBizPro a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.
07 Privacy
Your use of JBizPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
08 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." JBizPro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBizPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss.
Payroll disclaimer: While JBizPro automates payroll computations, it is your responsibility to verify accuracy and comply with all applicable labor laws. JBizPro is not a licensed accounting or legal firm.
09 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. JBizPro may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked. Data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request an earlier deletion or export.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Angeles City, Pampanga.
